2、 Working principle
The equipment adopts a three effect negative pressure evaporation process to fully recover the secondary steam waste heat generated by each effect and circulate it for heat exchange, significantly reducing the cost of steam use; Paired with a forced circulation pump, the high-speed material is pushed to flush the pipe wall, effectively preventing salt and viscous materials from crystallizing and adhering to the pipe, achieving continuous feeding, concentration, and automatic discharge, and adapting to the waste liquid concentration and crystallization conditions of small and medium-sized production lines.
