2、 Material and Core Configuration

The material contact area is made of 2205 duplex stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali, chloride ion corrosion, and has wear resistance far exceeding ordinary 304 and 316L stainless steel, suitable for separating corrosive materials.

Equipped with a circulating oil cooling system, the main engine operates continuously for a long time with low temperature rise, suitable for 24-hour uninterrupted production.

Independent PLC fully automatic control cabinet, touch screen operation, automatic speed regulation and differential adjustment, visualized operation data, one click start stop, easy operation, reducing manual duty.

The drum and screw have zero internal wear, no scratches, and no corrosion. The core rotor is dynamically balanced and operates at high speeds without shaking or abnormal noise.

3、 Equipment condition and working condition

The quasi new machine, manufactured in 2024, has a very short service life and was photographed on site. The drum was disassembled and the interior was intact without wear, and the entire machine had no major repairs, welding repairs, or deformations.

The complete set of accessories is complete, and the oil cooling system, control cabinet, and motor are all in good condition. They have been transported to the freight yard, cleaned, and powered on for on-site testing.

Without the need for large repairs or replacement parts, it can be put into production by connecting the pipeline.
